Refund and Return policy

  • Deposit payments for plates are non-refundable after payment.

  • Full payments for plates are non-refundable after payment.

  • Plates transferred are non-returnable

  • Deposits are paid to reserve a plate and they are considered as down payment.

  • In case a customer pays a deposit to reserve a plate, then fails to pay the remaining balance within the agreed period of 45 days, (12345.ae) holds the right to resale the reserved plate and withhold the deposit.

  • In case a customer pays full payment or remaining payment for a plate, then fails to provide a valid traffic file number without any issues preventing the transfer within the agreed period of 45 days, (12345.ae) holds the right to resale the plate and withhold the full payment after 6 months of payment date.

  • Certain plates may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In such cases: if you did not receive your order, you will be issued a full refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

  • In the unlikely event that (12345.ae) transfers an incorrect plate, the customer must return the plate and (12345.ae) will transfer the correct order. (12345.ae) will pay all transfer fees for both transfer transactions.

  • (12345.ae) takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please send us an email on contact@12345.ae and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by (12345.ae), (12345.ae) will issue full or partial refunds.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
